The Company is seeking a Vice Chair of Clinical Operations in Neurology to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive clinical operations strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of the department's clinical services, both inpatient and ambulatory. This leadership role requires a senior physician executive with a strong background in academic neurology, operational leadership, and a proven track record in enhancing clinical performance, access, quality, efficiency, and financial outcomes. The Vice Chair will also be the primary liaison with clinical partners, translating departmental strategy into reliable execution and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative, and efficient patient care. Applicants must have an MD, DO, or equivalent medical degree, with board certification in neurology and eligibility for an unrestricted Texas medical license. The role demands a leader with substantial experience in hospital and clinic operations, a strong command of clinical metrics, and a demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams. The Vice Chair will be expected to maintain a clinical practice, including acute inpatient hospital service, and to model clinical excellence and operational discipline. Preferred qualifications include advanced training in healthcare management and experience in leading an integrated academic neurology practice. The ideal candidate will have a leadership style characterized by visibility, decisiveness, collaboration, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.
