Associate Vice President, Health & Wellness Business Analyst

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Health & Wellness Business Analyst to translate business needs into technical requirements and support strategic initiatives. The role partners with data, analytics, technology, and product stakeholders to improve processes, automate workflows, and deliver reporting and visualization solutions. Responsibilities include documenting requirements and user stories, using SQL to validate and investigate data, supporting Agile delivery and user acceptance testing, and maintaining process maps and other documentation. The analyst also develops training materials, tracks project progress, communicates updates, and may lead analysts or initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of financial services experience in a technology liaison role, including three years as a business analyst, project manager, or in a similar technology or operations position; alternatively, seven years of relevant financial services experience without a degree, including the same three years in a related role. Strong SQL, project management, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively across teams. Experience with Agile methods and requirements tools such as Jira is preferred. Candidates should be self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable influencing stakeholders.
