Vice President, Enterprise Architecture Greater Hyderabad, India Area

The Company is in search of a strategic technology leader to join its enterprise architecture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and evolving the enterprise architecture framework, standards, and best practices across business domains. This role requires a seasoned professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years of experience in solution and/or enterprise architecture, including a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in banking or financial services, with a deep understanding of industry-specific architecture patterns, regulatory requirements, and risk considerations. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI/ML-adjacent infrastructure, particularly in architecting data pipelines and provisioning strategies to support AI agents and LLM-based systems, is essential. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include leading architectural governance, evaluating emerging technologies, and owning the design of complex, enterprise-scale solutions. The candidate will also be expected to mentor and guide senior engineers and architects, represent architecture in regulatory and audit discussions, and ensure architectural coherence across the enterprise by collaborating with data, security, infrastructure, and engineering teams. Strong command of cloud-native architecture, microservices, API design, and event-driven patterns is required, as is experience in leading enterprise architecture governance. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a commitment to aligning technology strategy with business objectives. Desired skills include experience in equities, brokerage, or wealth management domains, familiarity with agentic AI frameworks, and knowledge of financial industry standards and frameworks.
