The Company is seeking a VP, Insurance Product Strategist to join their Wealth Strategies Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and supporting Wealth Advisors in the planning, design, and implementation of sophisticated wealth transfer and tax-advantaged life insurance strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse insurance policy and trust structures, as well as the ability to compare and contrast planning opportunities with non-insurance strategies. The VP will work directly with client relationships to identify planning opportunities, conduct client presentations, and drive the prioritization of suitable planning. Strong leadership skills, the ability to enhance the client experience, and a personal commitment to accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, with an advanced degree or designation such as CFP preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in life insurance sales, along with a Series 7 or Series 6 and a life and health insurance license, is required. The role demands excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. The VP will also be responsible for meeting specific goals and contributing to the overall unit goals, as well as partnering with the Product Analysis Team to enhance the product and strategy portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a quick-thinking self-starter with a passion for personal finance, the ability to think outside the box, and a strong commitment to client service.
