The Company is in search of a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Lead, Vice President, to drive quality engineering excellence across strategic technology initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business unit-wide test automation, cloud testing, and modern quality engineering practices to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. This role involves shaping quality strategy, accelerating digital transformation, and building next-generation testing solutions. The SQA Lead will also be tasked with leading quality engineering efforts across both modern cloud-native platforms and legacy enterprise applications, defining and executing quality engineering strategies, and leading the design and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks. Applicants for the SQA Lead position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 12 years' of experience in software quality assurance, test automation, or quality engineering. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in leading QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern and legacy technology stacks, including experience with Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber (BDD). Knowledge of CI/CD tools, DevOps practices, and experience with cloud-native applications, particularly on AWS, is essential. The role demands a leader with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for innovation and AI-driven engineering practices. Financial services industry experience and relevant certifications are a plus.
