The Company is seeking a Vice President for Portfolio Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing credit information to support lending decisions and processes for a portfolio of commercial banking clients. This includes making credit decisions and recommendations in compliance with policies, negotiating loan structures, and assessing client repayment capacity. The role also involves monitoring the portfolio for credit conditions, evaluating performance, and recommending capital allocation strategies. The VP will lead business development, network with industry contacts, and work to enhance client relationships while ensuring long-term financial performance. Applicants should have a preferred 5-7 years' of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments, with a Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting. The role requires deep knowledge and technical proficiency in financial analysis, problem-solving, collaboration, and customer service. The candidate must be detail-oriented, have advanced skills in loan structuring, regulatory compliance, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The VP will be expected to take measured risks in line with the company's risk management framework and make sound, risk-informed decisions that align with business strategy and regulatory standards.
