The Company is seeking a Vice President, Finance to take ownership of Free Cash Flow (FCF) for its Filmed Entertainment group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the communication, analysis, and reporting of FCF, driving cash flow strategy, and partnering with senior leaders across the Studios enterprise. This role is pivotal in influencing decision-making, developing talent, and playing a central part in the financial strategy of the business. Key responsibilities include leading the forecasting, close, and analysis of FCF, shaping a cohesive FCF narrative, and leading the Budget and Long-Range Plan processes for FCF. The role also involves presenting financial insights to CFOs, contributing to executive-level presentations, and overseeing the consolidation of liquidity forecasts. Applicants for the Vice President, Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of 9 years' experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the media or entertainment industry. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, advanced financial modeling skills, and expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong relationships. A proactive, analytical, and data-driven mindset, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, are essential. The role demands a leader who can influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and is comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
