Candidates for the Head of School position at the company should be mature, active followers of Jesus Christ, with a Bachelor’s degree required and a Master’s or Doctorate in Educational Leadership/Administration highly preferred. A minimum of 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in Christian education or a related ministry is essential, along with a background in instructional design and faculty development. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader, adept at strategic planning, and capable of leading the school's expansion and capital development. They must also be adept at personnel management, with the ability to recruit, mentor, and retain highly qualified Christian faculty and staff.
