The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Institutional Research and Effectiveness. This role is pivotal in providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the offices of institutional research and institutional effectiveness. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including but not limited to, state and federal required reporting, data governance and integrity, external and compliance reporting, and fostering a culture of assessment and continuous quality improvement. The role also involves supervising a team of professionals and ensuring that the company's institutional research and effectiveness goals are met. Applicants must have a Master's degree and at least 7 years' of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years' of relevant experience. The position requires a candidate with a strong background in data management, research, and analysis, as well as experience in leading and participating in professional organizations related to institutional research. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in data governance, and integrity, and in using data to support evidence-based decision-making. Additionally, the role demands a high level of proficiency in preparing and presenting data, and in maintaining and enhancing data delivery systems. The Assistant Vice President will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and to ensure that all institutional reporting is in compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
