Head of Data

The Company is seeking a Head of Data to lead its data strategy and execution, building a scalable, reliable data ecosystem while delivering actionable business insights. Responsibilities include owning the data platform and its architecture, pipelines, warehouse, quality, and governance; partnering with business leaders to improve revenue, sales performance, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency; and developing dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics. The role also leads and develops teams across data engineering, business intelligence, and analytics, connecting business needs with technology and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable impact. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or data leadership, combining technical expertise with business-facing responsibilities. They should have experience leading data and analytics teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management, and strong knowledge of data warehousing, modeling, ETL/ELT, SQL, and cloud data platforms. Hands-on experience delivering business insights, executive reporting, KPI frameworks, and strategic recommendations is required, along with strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Experience in property, real estate, construction, retail, or other asset-intensive industries is preferred.
