Vice President of IT

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT to develop and execute its global technology strategy, operating model, and multi-year roadmap. The role leads enterprise-wide AI and digital transformation initiatives, oversees global IT operations and infrastructure, and ensures the availability and resilience of technology services. Responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing systems and enterprise applications, leading major technology programs, managing vendors and technology investments, and ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements. The successful candidate will also build and develop a globally distributed IT organization and support corporate transformation activities. Candidates should have proven experience leading a global or multi-site IT function in a manufacturing or related industrial environment. They should bring broad expertise across infrastructure, cloud, networks, service delivery, enterprise applications, and manufacturing systems, including experience with SAP-centric environments. Demonstrated success in digital transformation, AI, automation, vendor management, and oversight of substantial technology budgets is required. Strong executive communication, global team leadership, and knowledge of IT governance, compliance, audit, and operational risk are essential; experience with corporate transactions or integrations is an advantage.
