This role requires the translation of strategic transformation priorities into actionable process and operating model changes, with a strong emphasis on measurable improvements in operational efficiency, service delivery, and client outcomes. The VP will also be a key partner to product owners, technology, and business stakeholders, ensuring that process design, delivery, and adoption are aligned with business outcomes and scalable operating model evolution. Applicants must have a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in process design and/or operating model transformation within a complex global organization. Experience in agile or product-centric environments, as well as a strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies, is essential. The role involves leading the planning and execution of process re-engineering and operating model improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies, and delivering measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality. The VP will also be involved in supporting the design and implementation of target operating models, documenting process flows, and ensuring the integration of technology and AI into business processes. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority are required. Exposure to technology or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred.
