The Company is seeking a VP for Process Re-engineering and Technology and AI-led Operating Model. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the execution of business-led process re-engineering and operating model improvements, particularly in the context of large-scale transformation initiatives that encompass digital, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities. This role involves translating strategic transformation priorities into actionable changes, ensuring measurable improvements in operational efficiency, service delivery, and client outcomes. The VP will also act as a key partner to product owners, technology, and business stakeholders to align process design, delivery, and adoption with business outcomes and scalable operating model evolution. Key responsibilities for the VP include delivering transformation and process re-engineering initiatives, supporting operating model design and implementation, partnering with product owners and stakeholders, driving adoption, and value realization, as well as developing process intelligence and insights. The ideal candidate should have 7-10+ years' of experience in process design and/or operating model transformation within a complex global organization, a strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies, and the ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Experience in performance measurement, development of business insights, and exposure to technology or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
