Assistant Vice President, AML Investigation, OET

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for AML Investigation within the OET. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality reviews of AML alerts and UARs, ensuring that the investigation approach and procedures align with prescribed requirements. This role involves monitoring key risk areas, preparing management reports, and providing governance and operational support, including updating operating procedures and training materials. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8-10 years' of experience in AML intelligence, investigation, compliance, or a related field, with a strong understanding of AML, banking, and financial services laws and regulations. Certification in AML/CFT is also required. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should hold a minimum degree in a related field from a reputable university and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. The role demands an individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, who can work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities include preparing reports for the team lead and Group Head of OET, as well as providing support for the development of practical solutions to integrate regulations into operational requirements.
