Chief of Staff, Retail Jewellery

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive business performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and coordinate work across multiple functions. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives and key projects, setting priorities and accountability, and improving workflows, procedures, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also oversees product development and collection planning, including sourcing, production timelines, pricing, quality control, and supplier performance. Additional duties include monitoring sales and store profitability, managing costs, identifying commercial opportunities, and aligning teams and stakeholders to support business objectives. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in senior leadership, business operations, or commercial management, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or another product-driven industry. Strong commercial judgment and an understanding of product development, sourcing, production, pricing, cost control, and retail operations are required. A bachelor’s degree is required.
