Chief of Staff, Retail Jewellery

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive business performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and coordinate collaboration across functions. The role connects strategy with execution across product development, production, retail operations, and commercial performance. Responsibilities include leading strategic initiatives and key projects, clarifying priorities and accountability, improving workflows and procedures, and overseeing collection planning, pricing, sourcing, production timelines, quality, and supplier performance. The Chief of Staff will also monitor sales and store profitability, identify growth opportunities and operational gaps, and align teams and stakeholders around business objectives. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in senior leadership, business operations, or commercial management, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or another product-driven industry. Strong commercial judgment and business acumen are required, along with an understanding of product development, sourcing, production, pricing, cost control, and retail operations. A bachelor’s degree is required.
