Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Software

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead and develop software engineering teams and oversee technology operations and delivery. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and mentoring teams; establishing performance metrics and coding standards; and promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement across development methods, infrastructure, security, and deployment. The CTO will guide technical design decisions for software solutions, oversee projects to meet quality and financial goals, and manage delivery processes, suppliers, budgets, and resources. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with significant software development and architecture experience designing large-scale products. They should bring a strong understanding of technologies across the software stack and a proven ability to build high-performing, cross-functional teams and establish effective performance measures. Experience in technology operations, service delivery, vendor and budget management, and procurement is required. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
