Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Software

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead and develop high-calibre software engineering teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and mentoring engineers; establishing performance metrics and coding standards; and promoting Agile practices and continuous improvement across development methods, infrastructure, security, and delivery processes. The CTO will guide technical design and deployment decisions for software solutions, oversee technology operations and project delivery, and manage supplier relationships, budgets, and resource utilization. The role also involves working with internal and external stakeholders to maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, and delivery performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience; an associate degree or diploma is also listed as the education level. Significant experience in software development and architecture, including designing large-scale products and solutions across the technology stack, is required. Applicants should have a record of building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams, setting performance indicators, and improving team capabilities. Experience with technology operations, third-party providers, procurement, and budget management is also important, along with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
