Head of Legal

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal to provide strategic legal leadership and governance across a complex, multi-jurisdictional business. Responsibilities include advising senior leadership, managing legal risk, corporate governance, statutory compliance, and corporate secretarial matters. The role oversees the drafting and negotiation of commercial, supply chain, operational, and intellectual property agreements, and leads legal due diligence and negotiations for corporate transactions. The Head of Legal also manages disputes and external counsel, while directing compliance frameworks covering areas such as workplace safety, trade, labor, anti-bribery, and environmental, social, and governance requirements. Candidates should have 12–15 or more years of post-qualification experience, combining strong law firm training with substantial in-house leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or diversified corporate environments. They should demonstrate expertise in complex cross-border transactions, supply chain contracts, and multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions. Experience managing and mentoring an in-house legal team is also required. A bachelor’s degree is required.
