Senior Vice President of Health & Safety Greater Lincoln, NE Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Health & Safety to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for instilling a company-wide culture where safety is a fundamental value. This role involves the development and execution of strategic initiatives in health, safety, environmental, compliance, and risk management to ensure the protection of employees, patrons, facilities, and communities. The Senior VP will also work closely with organizational leaders to identify and mitigate risks, enhance compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. Key responsibilities for the Senior VP of Health & Safety include leading incident investigations, managing workers' compensation, emergency preparedness, regulatory reporting, and safety performance measurement.
