Head of Purchasing, Inventory Management & Assembly

The Company is seeking a Head of Purchasing, Inventory Management, and Assembly to lead operational and strategic purchasing, inventory management, internal machine assembly, and related quality assurance. Purchasing is the primary focus, including supplier development, international sourcing, and negotiating key supplier contracts. The role also involves managing assigned teams and identifying cost-reduction and process-improvement opportunities across purchasing, inventory, assembly, and quality. In assembly, the successful candidate will drive continuous improvements to internal processes and procedures, including cleanliness, order, and safety. Candidates should have completed technical training in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering, along with many years of purchasing experience in mechanical or plant engineering. Manufacturing or assembly experience is an advantage. Strong contract expertise, negotiation ability, interpersonal skills, and team leadership are required. Excellent German and English are essential for working in an international business environment.
