Head of Group Controlling, Holding Function

The Company is in search of a Head of Group Controlling for its holding function. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating transparency and managing growth on a strategic, international, and business-centric level. This key management role involves the professional and disciplinary leadership of a controlling team, the development and standardization of group-wide controlling processes, and the management of international projects with a focus on financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. The Head of Group Controlling will also be responsible for ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting, preparing various financial reports, and actively participating in financial management and decision-making at the top management level. Applicants for the Head of Group Controlling position at the company should have a completed degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in controlling within an international corporate environment. Expertise in project business, IFRS knowledge, and experience with modern BI and ERP systems, particularly S/4HANA and Microsoft Power BI, are essential.
