Head of Group Controlling

The Company is in search of a Head of Group Controlling to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating transparency and managing growth on a strategic, international, and business-centric level. This key management role involves the professional and disciplinary leadership of a highly competent controlling team, with a focus on the further development and standardization of modern, group-wide controlling processes and instruments. The Head of Group Controlling will also be responsible for the management and analysis of international projects, ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting, and actively participating in financial management and decision-making at the top management level. Applicants for the Head of Group Controlling position at the company should have a completed degree in a relevant field, with a strong background in controlling within an international corporate environment. Sound expertise in project business, IFRS knowledge, and experience with S/4HANA are essential. The role requires a strategically minded, strong leader with a focus on implementation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international setting. The Head of Group Controlling will also be involved in strategic initiatives, M&A projects, and business cases, and must be adept at managing budget and planning processes at the group level.
