The Company is seeking a Chief Data Officer to spearhead a transformative phase in its data journey. This high-impact leadership role involves defining and delivering an organization-wide data strategy, modernizing the data landscape, and establishing data as a key driver of business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a modern cloud data platform, building scalable self-service data and analytics capabilities, and strengthening data engineering, architecture, governance, and analytics. Collaboration with product, technology, and the wider leadership team is essential, as is driving the use of AI and automation to enhance productivity and customer experience. Applicants for the Chief Data Officer position at the company should have a background in senior data leadership, with experience at the Director, VP, or CDO level. The role requires a proven track record in transforming or scaling enterprise data functions, a strong technical understanding of data engineering, architecture, cloud, and analytics, and experience in building modern data platforms. Strong executive stakeholder management and commercial judgment are also key. While not mandatory, experience in the Azure/Microsoft data ecosystem and a background in financial services, fintech, or another regulated environment are highly desirable. The role offers the opportunity to own the data agenda at an executive level and to build a modern, scalable data function from the ground up.
