About the Role
Greater London, United Kingdom Area (Hybrid - Headquarter location)
The Company is seeking two independent Committee Members for its Nominations and Remuneration Committee and Education and Learning Committee. The first role will contribute to appointments, succession planning, reward, and organisational development, offering constructive challenge and advice on people practices. The second will bring an employer, learner, or customer perspective to the oversight of qualifications, assessments, continuing professional development, and learning services. Both roles involve reviewing complex information, supporting effective decision-making, and helping strengthen inclusive, high-quality organisational practices. For the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, candidates should be senior HR or people professionals with broad experience in complex organisations; expertise in reward, pay, pensions, benefits, or related frameworks is particularly relevant. For the Education and Learning Committee, candidates should bring practical experience from an insurance or personal finance employer, such as using or supporting professional qualifications, assessments, or workplace learning. Both roles require sound judgement, thoughtful questioning, collaboration, and the ability to offer independent, tactful challenge. Previous committee experience is helpful but not essential; experience in accreditation, qualifications, higher education, or digital learning is also beneficial for the education-focused role.
