Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking Trustees to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and constructive challenge as it advances its charitable purpose. Working with fellow Trustees and the executive team, they will shape strategy and priorities, monitor impact, support effective governance and financial sustainability, and help the organization respond to changes in the energy, consumer, and policy landscape. Trustees will contribute professional expertise, networks, and diverse perspectives to Board discussions, while supporting the Board’s long-term development and succession. Candidates should bring strong strategic judgment, curiosity, and a commitment to the organization’s purpose; Board-level experience is welcome, though first-time Trustees and people earlier in their careers are also encouraged to apply. Relevant expertise may include the UK energy, environmental, climate, or sustainability landscape; consumer issues and social impact; digital innovation or entrepreneurship; housing and the built environment; green finance; or experience across different UK communities.
