Head of Property Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Property Finance to support the Chief Financial Officer in managing accounting and financial reporting for its property portfolio and trading subsidiary. Responsibilities include ensuring property-related financial results and deadlines are accurate and timely, recording transactions correctly, and producing monthly management reports and analysis. The role also oversees the financial management of the properties and subsidiary, while contributing to audits and meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. Candidates should have significant finance experience in the charity or not-for-profit sector, including property finance, and hold a recognized professional accountancy qualification. Required expertise includes charity accounting, VAT, auditing, and designing and managing financial systems, processes, and procedures. Applicants should also bring advanced, hands-on Excel skills, experience with integrated multi-ledger accounting systems and pivot tables, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
