Head of Transfer Agency, Vice President

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its Transfer Agency operations in Ireland. The role owns the design and execution of the regional strategy, oversees service delivery and client experience, and ensures effective operational risk management and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead and develop teams, drive technology strategy and transformation, and partner with commercial and client-facing teams on relationships and business opportunities. Responsibilities also include strengthening governance, mitigating operational risks, and building sustainable succession plans. Candidates should have more than 15 years of experience in Transfer Agency or fund administration, including a senior-level record of leading operations, and strong technical knowledge of relevant activities and regulations. A relevant graduate or master’s degree is required. The role calls for advanced leadership, strategic thinking, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, along with experience managing client service, business growth, change, and operational risk. Strong communication, coaching, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities are essential, as is the ability to lead high-performing teams and deliver service quality.
