Interim Head of Change Delivery Greater London, United Kingdom Area

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Change Delivery to lead a complex portfolio of strategic, regulatory, operational, and technology initiatives. The role is responsible for setting and maintaining the change roadmap, overseeing portfolio planning, prioritisation, governance, budgets, forecasts, and benefits realisation. The successful candidate will lead and develop the Project Management team, improve delivery methods, and ensure initiatives are appropriately resourced, sequenced, and governed. They will also work closely with senior stakeholders and business, technology, and data teams to manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and resources, and contribute to executive-level governance forums. Candidates should have significant experience delivering complex business and technology change portfolios, with a proven record across strategic and regulatory programmes. Strong leadership experience, knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches, and advanced portfolio planning skills are required. Applicants should be proficient with MS Project and familiar with tools such as Jira, and bring excellent stakeholder management, influencing, analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills. Experience in financial services, banking, or mortgages is advantageous.
