The Company is seeking a Managing Director to build and scale a litigation communications practice across the UK and Europe. The role combines strategic counsel on high-stakes litigation, government investigations, crises, and capital markets events with responsibility for practice strategy, client service, and business growth. The Managing Director will originate opportunities through senior legal and corporate relationships, lead pitches and complex client engagements, and develop the practice’s market profile. As a senior leader, they will help shape agency strategy, recruit and mentor a specialist team, foster a high-performance culture, and collaborate across regional teams. Candidates should bring substantial experience advising on litigation communications, crises, investigations, or other complex corporate and legal matters, along with strong relationships among law firms, litigators, funders, General Counsel, and business leaders. The role calls for proven commercial ability in originating business, leading pitches, and growing client accounts, as well as the judgment to counsel senior executives, boards, and legal advisers.
