Trustee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking two Trustees to chair its Audit and Risk Committee and Care Services Committee. Both will contribute to Board governance, stewardship, and strategic direction during a period of organizational change. The Audit and Risk Committee Chair will provide oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management. The Care Services Committee Chair will oversee care quality, regulation, safeguarding, workforce matters, and the long-term sustainability of care services. Candidates should bring substantial senior-level expertise relevant to their committee. The Audit and Risk Chair should have significant experience in risk management, audit, assurance, or financial leadership, while the Care Services Chair should have senior leadership experience in residential, nursing, or social care and a strong understanding of quality, regulation, safeguarding, and workforce challenges. Both roles require sound judgment, integrity, independence of thought, and a collaborative approach to governance. A commitment to inclusive leadership and supporting the Armed Forces community is also essential.
