Trustee & Chair of the Investment Committee (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking a Trustee to serve as Chair of its Investment Committee. As a member of the Board of Trustees, the successful candidate will help shape investment strategy, oversee portfolio performance and governance, advise on the appointment of investment advisers, and ensure the organization’s assets are responsibly managed in support of its long-term charitable mission. The role includes oversight of a substantial asset base and requires effective engagement with fellow trustees and a diverse range of stakeholders. Candidates should bring substantial investment expertise, a strong understanding of multi-asset-class investing, and excellent financial and commercial judgment. Experience with an institutional asset manager, asset owner, investment consultancy, advisory practice, or foundation would be valuable. The role also calls for strategic thinking, balanced risk judgment, strong governance credentials, and the credibility to contribute effectively at board level. A collaborative, thoughtful, and intellectually curious approach, along with commitment to the organization’s mission, is essential.
