Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner Greater Los Angeles, CA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner to advise senior leaders and connect business strategy with people priorities. Responsibilities include leading workforce and headcount planning, organization design, restructuring, and organizational change; advising on leadership, talent, succession, performance, and retention decisions; and using workforce data to identify risks and guide recommendations. The role also involves translating enterprise people strategy into practical actions, improving team effectiveness, and coordinating with HR and other partners to deliver initiatives. Candidates should have 8–10 or more years of HR experience, including at least five years advising senior leaders, along with strong business acumen and experience in organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and significant organizational change. Analytical skills, executive presence, sound judgment, discretion, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience are required. Experience in financial or professional services, people analytics tools, workforce integrations or separations, and organization-design training are preferred.
