The Company is in search of a Vice President, Project Finance Portfolio Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a credit portfolio that includes Project Finance and Leveraged Lending Loans. This role involves performing ongoing credit reviews, leading the bank group in deals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policy requirements. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' of project finance experience in portfolio management, with a strong background in credit analysis and risk management. Experience in aviation finance or other structured finance is a plus. The role requires the ability to work with complex financial models, strong communication skills, and an understanding of the regulatory environment in the U.S. Applicants for the Vice President, Project Finance Portfolio Manager position at the company should possess a BA or BS degree, with an MBA being preferred. The role demands a professional with a sound knowledge of finance, accounting, loan documentation, and credit/structural risks. The candidate should be adept at coordinating and communicating critical account information to various stakeholders and have the ability to lead large groups of sophisticated lenders and sponsors.
