The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and delivering the multi-year supply chain strategy, ensuring it is aligned with the trading plan, customer proposition, and growth priorities. This role demands a leader with substantial senior supply chain experience in a retail or high-volume consumer environment, who can demonstrate a strong track record in end-to-end supply chain management, from forecasting to logistics and operational performance. The Head of Supply Chain will be accountable for building a resilient, customer-focused supply chain that can support current operations and future growth, and will be expected to lead the team in driving continuous improvement and innovation. Key responsibilities for the Head of Supply Chain include creating and maintaining governance, performance standards, and decision rights across all supply chain functions, as well as leading resilience and risk management to ensure the business can effectively respond to demand shifts and operational constraints. The role also involves owning senior commercial relationships with third-party logistics providers and strategic suppliers, shaping investment priorities, and influencing commercial and operational choices to optimize cost, service, cash, and operational efficiency.
