Senior Vice President of Technology Greater Louisville, KY Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology to lead its technology operations across a large, multi-site portfolio. The role oversees IT operations and security, property technology, and data and analytics, while partnering with executive leadership on technology strategy, governance, and the enterprise roadmap. Responsibilities include managing technology budgets and staffing, strengthening cybersecurity and service delivery, guiding major system implementations, and establishing project management practices. The leader will also advance enterprise data governance and analytics, oversee payment and finance technology, and manage vendor relationships and performance. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, finance, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. At least 12 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including five years leading multidisciplinary teams and budgets, is required. Experience in hospitality or another multi-site, multi-entity environment and a record of leading large-scale implementations or technology transformations are preferred. Candidates should bring strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, cybersecurity and payment systems, along with expertise in data architecture, governance, analytics, budgeting, vendor management, and executive communication.
