Vice President of Human Resources

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to spearhead the people strategy across its manufacturing facilities. This executive leadership role is pivotal in supporting a large, diverse workforce and will be instrumental in the organization's transformation and growth journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening organizational capability, enhancing HR infrastructure, and improving talent attraction and retention. Key priorities include partnering with the executive team to support a broad business transformation agenda, building a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence, and leading HR initiatives that align with the company's expansion plans. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a background in manufacturing, food production, or similar operational environments. They should possess strong change management and organizational effectiveness skills, as well as a proven track record in leading through business evolution and restructuring. Deep expertise in employee relations within complex manufacturing settings and experience in developing HR processes and systems are essential. The role requires a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels, and a background in private equity-backed organizations is a plus. The Vice President of HR will also be involved in M&A activities and must be prepared to support the business in its future growth and expansion initiatives.
