Head of Operations & Maintenance

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations and Maintenance to lead the operation and maintenance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets. The role is responsible for coordinating asset-level O&M activities, leading distributed technical teams, and ensuring client service levels, KPIs, facility availability, reliability, and safety. The successful candidate will investigate technical incidents, coordinate solutions and warranty claims, and oversee the people and equipment needed to deliver services. They will also contribute operational expertise to contract negotiations, manage the activity’s financial performance, and collaborate with internal functions. Candidates should hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a related field, and have at least five years of relevant experience in renewable energy. Strong knowledge of energy asset operations and maintenance, experience leading multidisciplinary teams, and familiarity with medium voltage and power electronics are required. Experience with photovoltaic, wind, or hydroelectric assets is an advantage. The role also calls for advanced English, leadership and coordination skills, customer focus, analytical problem-solving, and a results-oriented, adaptable approach suited to dynamic, multi-site operations.
