The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Management and Strategy for Influencer Marketing. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the talent management business unit, which focuses on influencers and content creators. This role is pivotal in driving the unit's operations, commercial strategy, and profitability, as well as in the development of new opportunities and national scaling. Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating the talent managers team, overseeing the execution of branded content and influencer marketing campaigns, and ensuring their financial impact. The role also involves developing strategic relationships with brands, preparing creative proposals, and customized budgets, and supporting talent in various campaign activities. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' experience in the influencer marketing or digital talent management sector, with a proven track record of leading teams. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage 360º campaigns, be sales-oriented with strong negotiation skills, and possess a proactive, decisive, and committed attitude. A strategic vision and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments are essential. The role requires an intermediate to advanced level of English and a university degree, preferably in communication, advertising, or marketing. An active portfolio of brands, experience in event assistance and coordination, and a willingness to travel are considered assets.
