The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, industrialization, and scaling of a global structured-notes issuance platform. The key responsibilities include owning the functional design and delivery of platform enhancements, designing scalable front-to-back processes, coordinating technology delivery, driving market readiness for new products, and developing document-generation and data-driven workflows. The role also involves defining and implementing connectivity requirements, identifying and delivering automation for manual tasks, and leading business analysis and testing.
