The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President for Strategic Operations within Private Assets. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement and Digital Workflow, Automation & AI focus areas, setting priorities for technology-enabled change in the private assets sector. This role demands a leader with a strong background in fund administration, alternative asset management, or a related financial services environment, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology, data, or platform initiatives. The EVP will own the business analysis and implementation discipline, govern delivery, and ensure that change is understood, trained, and genuinely adopted. A key aspect of the role is to maintain a close partnership with Operations, the Transformation Office, IT, and other relevant teams to sponsor and deliver automation and AI opportunities. Candidates for this role at the company should have 12-15 years' of experience in a relevant financial services environment, with a focus on technology-enabled change. The role requires a leader with strong understanding of private assets processes, credibility with technology partners, and practical knowledge of automation, digital workflow, and AI.
