The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Data, Reporting, and Platform Enablement within the Private Assets division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operations data, reporting, and platform agenda, setting and owning the data and reporting roadmap, and establishing standards for data products. This role requires a strategic approach to data quality, lineage, and reporting capability, as well as the ability to coordinate across various teams including IT, the Transformation Office, and Data Services. The SVP will also be expected to lead and mentor a team, including rotational colleagues, and to report on progress, risks, and benefits realization to senior stakeholders. Candidates for this role should have 12-15 years' of experience in private assets or a comparable financial services environment, with a strong background in data and platform initiatives. The role demands a proven track record in delivering data, reporting, or platform programs, and a deep technical knowledge of private assets accounting and operations. Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to challenge and work effectively with technology partners. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a professional accounting designation being a plus.
