The successful candidate will be part of a strategic operations team that is dedicated to transformation delivery, project execution, business analysis, and operational initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting data, reporting, and platform delivery, with a hands-on approach to analysis, reporting build, and testing. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting data and reporting requirements, building and maintaining reporting outputs, investigating data quality issues, and supporting platform implementation tasks. The role demands a deep technical and operational knowledge, a transformational mindset, and a global perspective. Applicants should have a minimum of 4 years' experience in private assets accounting or operations, with a strong technical background in private assets processes and the data they produce. The role requires a candidate with solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong communication skills and advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics is required, with a preference for those working towards a professional accounting designation.
