The Company is seeking an SVP for its Fund Services division, with a focus on Private Equity SPV. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships, leveraging existing relationships to secure new business, and ensuring the delivery of seamless client experiences. This role involves working closely with the Vice President and Executive Management team to facilitate client presentations, oversee the resolution of complex client issues, and manage a team of Vice Presidents. The SVP will also be involved in continuous risk assessment, managing operational risk, and actively participating in departmental and company-wide projects. Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in accounting for the financial services sector, particularly in private equity, asset management, or fund administration. Supervisory skills and experience in managing staff for at least 8 years are essential. The role requires a strong knowledge of IFRS and/or USGAAP, experience in financial statement preparation, and a background in limited partnership accounting. The ideal candidate will be a motivated team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications. Experience with enterprise accounting systems, particularly Investran, is highly desirable.
