Chief Supply Chain Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Supply Chain Officer to lead its end-to-end supply chain and support business growth. The role includes developing and implementing a long-term strategy, strengthening strategic purchasing and supplier development, and improving competitiveness, profitability, quality, and delivery performance. The successful candidate will oversee planning, production, logistics, distribution, quality, and sustainability, while building organizational capabilities and advancing digital, data-driven processes. As a member of the leadership team, the officer will contribute to broader business strategy and development. Candidates should have at least 10 years of supply chain and strategic purchasing experience, including several years in senior leadership and a record of commercial results. Experience in an international product company, global sourcing and supplier development, and leading planning, production, and logistics is required. Applicants should bring strong commercial and analytical skills, digital maturity, and experience developing teams, processes, and systems; familiarity with AI, ERP or digitalization initiatives, and global distribution is an asset. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
