The Company is in search of a Head of Credit Risk to join their team and play a key role in the development of the organization's risk management strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of credit risk management, including the development and implementation of comprehensive credit risk frameworks that align with regulatory requirements. This pivotal position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent application of credit risk policies, monitoring portfolio performance, and leading the enhancement of credit assessment processes. The Head of Credit Risk will also be expected to prepare detailed reports for executive management and regulatory bodies, support business units in launching new products, and foster a culture of shared responsibility for risk management through training and mentoring. Applicants for the Head of Credit Risk role at the company should have extensive experience in credit risk management within banking or financial services, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective credit risk frameworks.
