The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Global Billing and Operations. This key leadership role is focused on the strategic oversight and transformation of the billing function within a global delivery framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that billing operations are scalable, compliant, and in line with enterprise goals. This includes leading global billing operations, defining and driving the roadmap for platform migration and process modernization, and championing digital transformation initiatives. The role also involves providing leadership in high-level delivery operations, driving platform transformation, and operational efficiency. Candidates for this role should have a Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, with a preference for those with a background in the BFSI sector. A minimum of 10 years' experience in billing, finance operations, or global delivery is required, with a proven track record in a senior leadership role. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. Key responsibilities include owning critical KPIs, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and leading a team to foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and operational excellence.
