Vice President, Finance Reporting Lead Analyst

Greater Taguig, Philippines Area (Hybrid)
The Company is seeking a Finance Reporting Lead Analyst, Vice President to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and submission of regulatory reports to various constituencies, ensuring compliance with U.S. and local regulatory requirements. This role requires a professional with 6-10+ years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in regulatory reporting, and a strong understanding of U.S. regulatory reports, Basel III capital regulations, GAAP/SEC reporting, and stress testing frameworks. The individual will be expected to drive the execution and governance of regulatory programs, partner with technology and data engineering teams, and manage key metrics to identify and mitigate reporting risks. Additionally, the role involves process improvements, supporting the team during regulatory inquiries, and partnering with senior stakeholders across the firm. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to influence change, and strong technical problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities, working well in a team, and have a proven track record of maintaining and enhancing internal control structures. Business acumen, change management, and a proactive approach to risk assessment are also key attributes for this role.
