Associate Vice President, Credit Risk Senior Analyst

The Company is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join its Commercial Lending Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality credit analysis and underwriting support for a dynamic portfolio of U.S. commercial clients. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity and performance of the commercial credit function, serving as a first line of defense. Key responsibilities include assessing end-to-end credit transactions, conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing credit memos, monitoring borrower performance, and ensuring accurate portfolio risk ratings. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and contributing to process improvements within the credit workflow. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in credit analysis, underwriting, portfolio, or risk management within a commercial or corporate lending environment, and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing financial statements, assessing cash flows, and applying credit fundamentals. Proficiency in English, Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools is essential. Familiarity with credit risk policies, classification standards, and regulatory frameworks is required, with beneficial experience in supporting U.S. or international commercial banking portfolios. The role demands a professional with clear communication skills, the ability to present complex credit findings, and a proactive approach to identifying and escalating emerging risks.
