Associate Vice President, Credit Support Manager II

The Company is seeking a Credit Support Manager II (AVP) to join their dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding turnaround time and accuracy targets, managing individual and team performance standards, and ensuring the quality control of the credit support process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage resources across multiple projects, and a strong focus on compliance with procedures, policies, and contractual obligations. The Credit Support Manager II will also be involved in mentoring and coaching team members, as well as preparing and presenting key performance and risk indicators to senior leaders. Applicants for the Credit Support Manager II (AVP) position at the company should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with 9 years' of post-qualification experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 12 years' of work experience in a financial institution. A background in banking products, including client onboarding, KYC, credit, loan operations, underwriting, or investment banking, is essential. The role requires the ability to manage a large team, provide coaching and feedback, and ensure the team's career progression. Strong skills in time management, communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in risk, audit, and compliance, as well as a proven track record in project management and the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
